Chance: Me and You

There have been over 2500 lottery draws to date. Throughout spring 2020, the newspapers were full of only Covid stories, and by chance, I read that the DNA of every human alive, who has lived and who will live is 99.9% the same. So you and me are so so similar, despite all the apparent differences that (in particular populist politicians) may like us to perceive.

The conversion of numerical to pictorial allowed me to demonstrate this idea. The difference between you and me in a grid of 100 x 100 randomly generated squares (by the lottery) is 10.

If you click quickly between the pages showing ‘Me and You in tints’ you just might spot the dfference.
